Senior HR SPECIALIST,
Our client, an international non-profit firm, that provides microfinance loans
to over 400,000 entrepreneurs in 20 countries, is
looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join
the international HR team.
The Senior HR Specialist will develop, implement, and manage international and
domestic HR programs and processes, with
an emphasis on international HR. The
Specialist will also provide guidance to managers, staff and HR representatives
overseas.
Ideal candidate:
„XMaster¡¦s degree in HR (or related field) or
equivalent work experience
„XA minimum of 5 years related HR work experience including (but not restricted
to) performance management, training, contract
management, hiring, international compensation &
benefits and international recruitment
„XStrong problem solving skills
„XAbility to produce results within a fast paced
virtual environment
„XExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
„XExcellent organizational skills
„XInternational experience is preferred (experience
in developing countries in Latin America, Africa, Eurasia, or experience
working
for an International Organization)
„XHR Professional certification preferred
„XWritten and oral fluency in English, working
knowledge of Spanish and/or Russian a plus (second languages desired but not
required)
„XWillingness to travel (30%)
